Loving God, I thank You for this time of prayer. I thank You for all the good things and blessings you have done in my life. O Christ, You made me happy by answering my prayers and blessing me. I thank and praise You for that. Now I find that the pimples and other marks on my face spoil my look. I think of it very often and worry. I compare my face with others’ and I become saddened. I am constrained to think that it might be my sins. When others look at my face, I have pain in my heart. I am not able to hide those pimples through make-up. I am afraid that others might enquire about it. I am saddened at the thought that others may enquire about it if I go to church. I sometimes avoid people looking at me. O Lord, have mercy on me. I have a fear that this look with pimples might become permanent. O Lord, I know that it will be done if You speak and it will stand if You command (Psalm 33:9). Let all these disfiguring marks disappear this very day. I am depressed looking at the face of others. O loving Jesus Christ, have mercy on me. Work a miracle right now to comfort me and gladden my heart. I am sore depressed with anxiety about the length of time it might take to restore my skin and look. You healed a leper who came to You, saying that You were willing to heal him. Help me. Let not those marks appear on my face any longer. We are healed with Your stripes. Heal me too. In the name of Jesus Christ, I pray, O Good Father. Amen
